Chicken and Herb White Pizza

1 pound chilled fresh pizza dough

2 garlic cloves, minced

½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
¾ cup low-fat 2% milk
½ cup (2 oz) grated fresh pecorino Romano cheese
1 tablespoon yellow corn flour
1 ½ cups shredded, baked, boneless, skinless chicken breast
¼ cup diced red onion
1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano
1 tablespoon chopped fresh green onion
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
To make
Instead of the usual tomato sauce, prepare a white sauce for pizza and sprinkle with chopped chicken and fresh oregano, green onions and parsley.
