1 pound chilled fresh pizza dough
Cooking Spray
1 tablespoon butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
¾ cup low-fat 2% milk
½ cup (2 oz) grated fresh pecorino Romano cheese
1 tablespoon yellow corn flour
1 ½ cups shredded, baked, boneless, skinless chicken breast
¼ cup diced red onion
1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano
1 tablespoon chopped fresh green onion
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

To make

Instead of the usual tomato sauce, prepare a white sauce for pizza and sprinkle with chopped chicken and fresh oregano, green onions and parsley.
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.Put the dough in a bowl greased with cooking spray; let the dough stand under the lid for 15 minutes.Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the garlic; cook for 30 seconds, stirring constantly. Add the flour and pepper; cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly with a whisk. Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly with a whisk. Cook for 3 minutes or until it thickens and begins to bubble, stirring constantly with a whisk. Remove from the heat; add the cheese, stirring, until the cheese is melted.Sprinkle a baking sheet with cornmeal; roll out the dough into a 12-inch circle on the prepared baking sheet. Spread the batter with the white sauce, leaving a 1/2-inch thick rim. Top with chicken and onion. Bake at 450 ° C on the bottom rack of the oven for 17 minutes or until the crust is golden brown. Sprinkle with herbs.
