Chicken Tacos with Mango-Avocado Salsa

Ingredients
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon ground red pepper flakes
¾ teaspoon salt, divided
4 skinless and boneless chicken breast halves (6 oz each)
1 ½ teaspoons olive oil
½ cup diced peeled mango
½ cup diced peeled avocado
½ cup chopped tomatoes
⅓ cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon crushed jalapeno pepper
4 (8-inch) brown rice cakes (such as "Food for Life")

Your family will thank you when these tacos arrive on the table. We left the seeds in the jalapeno to add spice; don't add them if you prefer a mild salsa.
Preheat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Combine the first 4 ingredients; add 1/2 teaspoon salt. Grate the chicken. Pour the oil into the pan; stir to coat. Add the chicken; cook for 4 minutes on each side or until tender. Remove the chicken from the pan; let stand for 5 minutes. Cut into 1/4-inch thick slices.While the chicken is cooking, combine the mango and the following 6 ingredients; add the remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt.Preheat tortillas; top evenly with chicken and salsa.
