1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 ½ teaspoons ground cumin

4 skinless chicken thighs (6 oz.)
3 tablespoons low-sodium, fat-free chicken stock
1 tablespoon white vinegar
2 teaspoons chopped fresh cilantro
2 lime wedges

These flavorful garlic-lime chicken thighs are a delicious way to make an inexpensive piece of chicken. After the chicken is baked, it is removed from the pan, and the fillings are fried on the stove to a slightly syrupy sauce, which is then poured over the thighs.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.Combine the first 5 ingredients in a small bowl; add 1 tablespoon of juice. Rub the chicken with the garlic mixture.
