Chip-Crusted Fish Fillets
Bookmark this page

Ingredients
4 (6 oz) cod fillets (or other hard white fish)
2 teaspoons canola mayonnaise
⅛ a teaspoon of salt
1 (2 oz) pack of shredded potato chips in patty shape with salt and vinegar
½ cup light ranch dressing
To make
The taste of salt and vinegar chips is softened when these fish fillets are baked in the oven, giving the fish and chips a crispy touch. Look out for Atlantic or Pacific cod caught on a hook or Pacific cod as the most eco-friendly option.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.Place the fillets on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush each fillet with 1/2 teaspoon of mayonnaise; sprinkle evenly with salt. Carefully spread about 2 tablespoons of the shredded chips evenly over each fillet. Cook the fish at 400 ° C for 10 minutes or until it flakes off easily with a fork. Serve with ranch dressing.
