Ingredients
1/2-ounce (15-ounce) chilled pie dough (such as Pillsbury's)
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup unsweetened cocoa
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
¾ cup low-fat 2% milk
⅓ cup light corn syrup
1 tablespoon melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
2 large egg whites
1 cup frozen low-fat whipped cream filling, defrosted
½ teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder (optional)

This is a great dessert that can be prepared in advance, as it needs to cool down for at least 4 hours.

Add the milk mixture to the brown sugar mixture; mix until smooth.Pour the mixture over the cake. Bake at 350 ° C for 40 minutes or until set. Cool on a wire rack to room temperature. Cover; refrigerate at least 4 hours. Spread the whipped topping evenly over the filling; if desired, sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon of cocoa.
