Ingredients
Béchamel Sauce
1 cup (4 oz) grated conte cheese
¼ cup (1 oz) grated Pecorino Romano cheese
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 ½ teaspoons seafood seasoning
1 teaspoon chopped fresh flat parsley leaves
1 teaspoon hot sauce
1 pound giant lump crab, peeled and shelled
1 teaspoon chopped fresh green onion
Flatbread crackers
To make
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Combine the first 8 ingredients in a large bowl; gently roll in the crab sauce. Spoon the mixture into a lightly oiled 2-liter baking dish.Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown and bubbles form. Sprinkle with green onions and serve with flatbread crackers.
