Rich creamy crab sauce with fried wonton chips is the game day snack you've been looking for! Sriracha gives this sauce a savory flavor, while cream cheese and grated Monterey Jack cheese give this classic sauce a special creaminess.
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Whisk together the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise in a large bowl until the mixture is smooth. Add soy sauce, sriracha and garlic powder. Add the crab meat, green onions, and 1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese.Lightly coat an 8-inch square baking dish with cooking spray. Spoon the crab mixture into the prepared baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven until bubbles form, about 20-25 minutes. Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese. Let stand until the cheese is melted, about 5 minutes. While the crab mixture is baking, pour the oil 1/2 inch deep into a large, deep skillet and heat over medium heat to 325 ° F. Fry the wonton wrappers in batches of 10-12 pieces in preheated oil until golden brown, 60 to 90 seconds. Place the wonton chips on paper towels and sprinkle each serving with salt to taste. Serve wonton chips with hot crab sauce.
