1 round brie (16 oz.)
1 can whole berry cranberry sauce (16 oz.)
¼ cup thickly packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons spiced rum*
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
¼ cup chopped pecans, toasted

To make

Make a light and elegant holiday snack by sprinkling baked brie with sweetened cranberry sauce and toasted pecans. Serve with a variety of crackers, ginger flakes, apple or pear slices.
Cut the skin off the top of the Brie, leaving a 1/3-inch thick border on top. Place the Brie on a baking sheet.Combine the cranberry sauce and the following 3 ingredients; spread the mixture evenly over the top of the Brie. Sprinkle evenly with the pecans.Bake the Brie at 500 ° C for 5 minutes. Serve with various crackers and slices of apples and pears.* You can substitute 2 tablespoons of orange juice for spiced rum.
