Ingredients
3 3-ounce boxes of raspberry gelatin
2 cups sour cream
1 can 14-ounce whole-grain cranberry sauce

Kitchen Tip: Instead of pouring the mixture into a mold or serving bowl, you can spoon it into individual bowls or small cups. Cover and refrigerate before serving.
In a large mixing bowl, pour the gelatin. Add 3 cups of boiling water and stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved, about 2 minutes. Refrigerate the mixture until the gelatin begins to set, about 90 minutes.Remove the gelatin mixture from the refrigerator and whisk until loosened. Add the sour cream and cranberry sauce to the gelatin mixture and beat until smooth. Pour into a baking dish or serving bowl and refrigerate until completely set, at least 1 hour.
