Cranberry Spinach Salad with Gorgonzola

Ingredients
1 cup pecan halves or slices
3 liters fresh spinach leaves (about 8 ounces), washed and crunched
½ cup dried cranberries
1 cup shredded gorgonzola or other blue cheese (4 ounces)
3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil with lemon flavor
or
3 tablespoons plain olive oil plus 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon zest
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
