Dijon-Lemon Vinaigrette

Ingredients
3 tablespoons vegetable stock or water
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 ½ tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon salt
To make
Dijon lemon vinaigrette is the base for our other vinaigrettes, but it's also great on its own. The vinaigrette is stored in the refrigerator for about a week.
Mix all the ingredients in a jar, close tightly and shake vigorously. Store in the refrigerator.
