Easy Broiled Drumsticks

8 chicken drumsticks
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 garlic clove, chopped
2 tablespoons lemon juice

All you need is chicken drumsticks and a few other simple ingredients to make this super light and flavorful dinner that the whole family will love.
Place the oven rack about 8 inches away from the heat source. Preheat the broiler; cover the roasting pan with foil. Dry your shins and trim the fat. Place in a single layer on the prepared pan.Melt butter with garlic and lemon juice over medium-low heat. Season the shins with salt and pepper. Lightly brush each of them with lemon oil.Bake, turning frequently and drizzling with lemon oil, until the chicken is browned and crisp and no traces of pink juice remain when pierced, about 30 minutes. Allow to cool slightly. Serve the shanks with dipping sauces.
