Easy Mocha Chip Ice-Cream Cake

Ingredients
1 teaspoon premium dark chocolate-coffee ice cream, softened
3 sugar cones, minced
⅓ cup of chocolate fudge for sprinkling
1 container (14 oz) of premium chocolate-softened ice cream with chocolate chips
6 chocolate cream sandwiches, finely chopped
Ganache with mocha
Garnish: chocolate-covered coffee beans

This frozen dessert is prepared quickly, then it just needs a little time to freeze in the freezer. Use the highest quality ice cream to get a lush taste.
Line an 8-inch x 5-inch baking dish with plastic wrap so that 3 inches remain on the sides. Place the chocolate-coffee ice cream on the mold. Sprinkle with cones and sprinkle with seashell sprinkles. Freeze for 30 minutes.Sprinkle the filling with ice cream with chocolate chips. Top with the crushed cookies, pressing into the ice cream. Freeze for 4 hours or until frozen.Remove the ice cream roll from the mold, using plastic wrap as handles; flip onto a serving platter. Remove the plastic wrap. Prepare the ganache with mocha and slowly pour it over the ice cream roll, letting the ganache run down the sides. Freeze for 10 minutes. Let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving. Decorate if desired.
