Egg-White Omelet with Spinach, Feta and Herbs

Ingredients
2 large egg whites
⅛ a teaspoon of salt
⅛ a teaspoon of pepper
¼ teaspoon dry Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
¼ cup well-pressed, thawed frozen chopped spinach
1 tablespoon chopped feta cheese
To make
Whisk egg whites with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning and parsley. Transfer to a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Top with spinach. Sprinkle with feta, flip, and serve.
