2 cups fresh corn kernels
¼ cup chopped green onion
¼ cup diced red bell pepper

Melt the butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the corn to the pan; simmer for 2 minutes. Add the green onions, bell pepper, salt and pepper to the pan; simmer for 2 minutes or until soft and crisp.
