Ingredients
Vegetable oil
1 can condensed milk (12 oz.)
1 large egg
2-pound sea bass, cut into 2-inch-thick fillets
1 ½ teaspoons seasoned salt
1 ½ cups self-made flour
To make
This fish dish is ready before you know it. The sea bass is so delicious that just a little seasoning is required, and the fillet is ready to roast and serve.
Pour the oil 3 inches deep into a roasting pan; preheat to 350 degrees. Whisk together the milk, egg, and 1/4 cup water in a large bowl.Sprinkle the fillet with seasoned salt. Roll the fillet in flour, dip in the milk mixture and roll again in flour. Fry the fillets in portions in the preheated oil for 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Place on a wire rack on top of paper towels.
