Ingredients
2 ounces semisweet chocolate
3 tablespoons canola oil
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
¾ cup all-purpose flour
½ cup unsweetened cocoa
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
2 ½ ounces milk chocolate, chopped
To make
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine the semisweet chocolate, canola oil, and butter in a bowl. Reheat in the microwave on high power for 45 seconds, stirring occasionally. Add brown sugar, granulated sugar and egg. Add flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Add the crushed milk chocolate. Place the batter in a cast-iron skillet 10 inches in diameter. Bake at 350 ° C for 19 minutes.
