Garlic and Thyme Green Beans

Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 ½ pounds green beans, chopped
2 tablespoons minced garlic
½ teaspoon kosher salt
2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme leaves
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Sometimes the simplest recipes are the most delicious. More garlic, some thyme, and some really fresh green beans are more than the sum of their parts.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the green beans and cook, stirring occasionally, until they start to soften and brown, about 8 minutes. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, another 2 minutes. Remove from the heat and add the remaining ingredients, mixing well.Note: A nutritional analysis is provided for each serving.
