Garlic Shrimp in Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients
1 ½ tablespoons vegetable oil
8 garlic cloves, minced
¾ cup water
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground coriander
½ teaspoon ground turmeric
1 ½ pounds large shrimp, peeled and pitted
2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons sugar
½ teaspoon salt
1 box plain low-fat yogurt (8 oz.)
¾ cup chopped 1-inch green onion
To make
Heat the oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic; cook until golden brown (about 30 seconds), stirring constantly. Add water, cumin, coriander and turmeric. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 7 minutes. Add the shrimp; cook for 3 minutes.Combine flour, sugar, salt, and yogurt; whisk to combine. Mix the yogurt mixture with the shrimp mixture. Cover and cook for 4 minutes or until the prawns are tender. Add the onion.
