Ingredients
1 cup tightly packed light brown sugar
½ cup granulated sugar
1 cup (2 sticks) softened unsalted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups chocolate chips

Cut the cookies into 16 slices and serve directly from the pan using a baking dish.
