Ginger-Peach Ice-Cream Cones

1 ¼ cups chopped peeled peaches
1 cup condensed milk
½ cup halved
½ cup sugar
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 ½ teaspoons grated peeled fresh ginger
6 ounces softened cream cheese with 1/3 less fat
8 sugar cones
To make
Ginger and peach ice cream made with fresh ginger, lemon juice, cream cheese and peaches is the perfect combination of piquancy and sweetness.
Combine the peaches, condensed milk, baking powder, sugar, lemon juice, ginger, and cream cheese in the bowl of a food processor; beat until smooth. Transfer the mixture to the ice cream freezer; freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions. Spoon the ice cream into a freezer-safe container. Cover and freeze for 1 hour or until set. Spread evenly over the sugar cones.
