To make

This recipe was inspired by one of musingsofahousewife.com . For best results, use a light colored form. Or make your dark shape look shiny by wrapping it on the outside with strong aluminum foil.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Pour 1 cup of boiling water over the dates in a small bowl. Let stand for 10 minutes. Drain and pat dry.Lightly beat the eggs with a whisk in a large bowl. Whisk the bananas and the next 3 ingredients together until smooth.Combine the brown rice flour and the following 4 ingredients in a small bowl. Gently mix the flour mixture with the egg mixture, stirring until the mixture is smooth. Gently stir in the melted butter, walnuts and dates. Spoon the mixture onto a lightly greased 9-inch x 5-inch bread pan.Bake at 350 ° C for 1-10 minutes or until a wooden stick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Cool in the pan on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Transfer from the pan to a wire rack and let cool completely (about 1 hour).
