½ cup chopped seedless plum tomatoes
2 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano
2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
¼ teaspoon salt
⅛ a teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
¼ cup (2 oz) finely grated goat's cheese, divided
8 1/2-inch thick French bread baguette slices, sliced diagonally and toasted

To make

Combine the first 6 ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring gently. Let stand for 15 minutes.Spread 1 1/2 teaspoons of goat's cheese on each slice of bread. Using a slotted spoon, spread 1 tablespoon of the tomato mixture over the cheese. Serve immediately.
