Grilled Tuna and Broccolini with Garlic Drizzle

Ingredients

¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons minced fresh garlic
5 canned anchovy fillet fry in oil, drain and slice
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, divided
4 tuna steaks (6 oz each) (about 1 inch thick)
Cooking Spray
½ teaspoon kosher salt
1 pound broccoli, chopped
4 lemon slices

To make

Pay attention to Atlantic big-eyed or yellowfin tuna caught using the "troll" or "rod-and-line" method.
Combine the oil, garlic, anchovy fillets, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper in a small saucepan over low heat. Cook for 5 minutes or until garlic begins to sizzle; remove from heat. Set aside.Preheat a grill pan over high heat. Lightly brush the tuna with cooking spray. Sprinkle with salt and the remaining 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Transfer to the skillet; cook for 2 minutes on each side or until just cooked through. Remove from the mold.Combine 1 teaspoon butter mixture and broccoli; toss to combine. Add to the skillet; cook for 6 minutes or until tender, turning occasionally. Arrange 1 tuna steak and 4 ounces of broccoli on each of 4 plates. Drizzle each serving with about 1 1/2 tablespoons of the butter mixture. Serve with lemon wedges.
