Grilled Tuna Steak with Fresh Salsa

Ingredients
2 cups diced plum tomatoes (about 6 tomatoes)
¼ cup green onion, thinly sliced
¼ cup fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons chopped jalapeno pepper, unseeded
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
½ teaspoon salt, divided
½ teaspoon black pepper, divided
4 tuna steaks (6 oz each) (about 1 inch thick)
Cooking Spray
Lime wedges (optional)
To make
Combine the first 7 ingredients in a bowl; add 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Let stand for 30 minutes.Cook on the grill.Lightly brush tuna steaks on both sides with cooking spray; sprinkle with remaining salt and pepper. Place the steaks on the grill rack; cook for 3 minutes on each side, or until the fish is medium-deep or the desired degree of browning. Serve with salsa and lime wedges, if desired.
