Ham, Swiss and Spinach Quiche

Ingredients
3 cups chopped spinach
6 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 ½ cups halved
½ teaspoon salt
1/9-inch frozen pie crust
¼ pound sliced ham
1 ½ cups grated swiss cheese
To make
Prepare a warm, hearty ham, Swiss and spinach custard pie for breakfast that is sure to appeal to the whole family.
Cover a baking sheet with foil, put it in the oven and preheat to 375 °F. Drizzle a medium skillet with cooking spray and preheat over medium heat. Cook the spinach, stirring frequently, until it wilts. Place the spinach on a plate covered with a paper towel and pat dry.Combine the eggs, half the flour, and salt in a large bowl and beat until smooth. Place the spinach on the bottom of the pie plate. Sprinkle the ham with spinach. Sprinkle the ham with cheese. Pour the egg mixture into the eggshell.Place the quiche on a baking sheet and bake until the filling is set and the crust is golden, about 40 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes, cut into chunks and serve hot.
