These cupcakes are fun, quite easy to make, and great for picnics and celebrations!
Yellow cake mix = BunsBrownie mix = ChopsColored icing = Lettuce, ketchup and mustard- Prepare the yellow cake mix according to the package. You can use paper molds, but I think it's better without them, and spray the holes in the mold with cooking spray.- Fill individual muffin holes smaller than usual (about 1/2 inch) and bake according to the package or until a toothpick comes out clean.- Remove the cupcakes and let them cool for at least 20 minutes- Prepare the brownie mix according to the package. It is advisable to bake on a baking sheet measuring 10 x 14 cm, so that the brownie pies are thin.-While the cakes are baking, cut the cupcakes in half horizontally-After making the brownies, let them cool for 30 minutes- Then divide the frosting into three separate mixing bowls. Put yellow food coloring in one, red in the other, and green in the last one. Stir and continue adding food coloring until the desired color is obtained.-Once the brownies are cool, cut the "patties" with a round cookie cutter or the edge of a cup to the same size as the cupcakes.- On the bottom half of the cake (bottom bun), squeeze out the icing in a zigzag shape in a circle so that the "lettuce leaves"are visible from the outside. Put a dot in the center so that the pie sticks.- Place the brownie cake on top of the frosting-Drizzle red and yellow icing over the top of the patty until you get the desired look-Top with a muffin bun- Enjoy! :)OPTIONAL-For a more realistic look, you can add sesame seeds to the top of the bun. Also, for a "slice of cheese", you can use orange fudgeIMPORTANT - After you prepare each burger, let it sit for at least 25 minutes. If you transfer them directly to a closed container, the top buns will become very sticky.
