¼ cup light corn syrup
¼ cup honey
½ cup peanut butter (not all-natural)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups cornflakes
½ cup sweetened coconut, lightly toasted

In a large saucepan, combine corn syrup, honey, and peanut butter. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and add vanilla. Add the cornflakes and toasted coconut to the pan and stir until the flakes are coated with the peanut butter mixture.Place the cornflake mixture in teaspoons on a baking sheet lined with foil. Transfer to the refrigerator and let cool until it is firm, at least 20 minutes. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
