2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons taco seasoning mix (from 1 oz bag)

4 ounces grated cheddar cheese (about 1 cup)
½ cup sour cream
¼ cup chopped green onion
To make
There's nothing easier for dinner than this delicious taco soup that the whole family will love.
Place a quick-cooking pan in the pan for roasting and heat the oil for 2 minutes. Add the beef to the hot oil and stir until it breaks into pieces; cook, stirring occasionally, until browned, about 8 minutes. Add the onion; cook, stirring once, until the onion begins to soften, about 6 minutes. Add the flour, taco seasoning mix, and ranch dressing; cook, stirring occasionally, for 2 minutes.Add the broth, corn, tomatoes, and beans. Cover the instant pot with a lid and install the steam pipe so that it closes tightly. Change the settings to manual cooking at high pressure and set the timer to 2 minutes (it will take at least 10 minutes to cook in instant pots before the countdown starts). Carefully open the steam valve. Once the steam is released, open the lid and spread the soup evenly over 6 plates. Sprinkle each serving with cheese, sour cream and green onions.
