Kalamata-Balsamic Chicken with Feta

Ingredients
4 skinless and boneless chicken breast halves (6 oz each)
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Cooking Spray
1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
16 pitted kalamata olives, cut in half
3 tablespoons light balsamic sauce
3 tablespoons chopped feta cheese
2 tablespoons small basil leaves
To make
To make the total cooking time 15 minutes, first cook the chicken. By the time the rest of the ingredients are ready, it will be ready.Cooking time: 4 minutes; Cook time: 14 minutes
Sprinkle the chicken evenly with pepper.Preheat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Brush the mold with cooking spray. Cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until tender. Transfer the chicken to a serving platter; keep warm.While the chicken is cooking, combine the tomatoes, olives, and vinaigrette in a medium bowl.Add the tomato mixture to the pan; cook for 1-2 minutes or until the tomatoes are tender. Spoon over the chicken. Sprinkle the cheese and basil evenly on top.
