Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 pack of 14-ounce kielbasa, cut diagonally into 1/2-inch thick slices
1 large bell pepper of any color, peeled from seeds and cut into 1/4-inch thick slices
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
2 teaspoons hot sauce or to taste
Salt and pepper

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sausage and cook, stirring frequently, until lightly browned on both sides, about 5 minutes. Add the bell pepper, onion, and hot sauce; simmer until the vegetables are tender, about 7 minutes. Taste and season with salt and pepper.
