Kiwi, Orange and Apple Smoothie

Ingredients
8 kiwis
2 apples
8 oranges
2 teaspoons Baker's Corner granulated sugar
To make
Increased vitamin C content.
Peel the kiwi and cut it into quarters. Cut out the white core and discard.Peel the apples, remove the core and discard, cut into medium-sized pieces.Cut the oranges in half. Squeeze out the juice and strain.Whisk kiwi, apples, orange juice and sugar in a blender. Whisk until smooth.Serve chilled.The Council:To make a cold smoothie, refrigerate the fruit for at least 1 hour.
