Ingredients
2 cups fresh spinach
1 oz shiitake mushrooms
½ teaspoon canola oil
⅔ cup of boiled brown rice
carrots, sliced into matchsticks, per ⅓ cup
⅓ cup of chopped cabbage
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
3 ounces large shrimp, sauteed
1 fried egg
Spicy Aioli:
2 teaspoons gochujang (korean chili sauce)
1 ½ teaspoons canola mayonnaise
¼ teaspoon dark sesame oil
1 small garlic clove, minced

This is an addition to the classic bibimbap rice dish, in which various fillings are laid out on a layer of rice. In a bowl for barbecue with prawns in Korean, you must put sliced carrots, chopped cabbage and fried shrimp with brown rice.
Saute spinach and mushrooms in canola oil. Sprinkle the cooked brown rice with a mixture of wilted spinach, carrots, kale, green onions, shrimp, and egg.In a small bowl, combine the gochujiang, mayonnaise, sesame oil, and minced garlic. Pour over the bowl.
