Marinated Lamb Chops

Ingredients
¼ cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh flat-leaved parsley
2 tablespoons chopped onion
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
¾ teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon ground coriander
2 garlic cloves, minced
8 lamb loin chops (4 oz each), trimmed

¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
