Mexican Meatballs

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 medium yellow onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 jalapeno, peeled and finely chopped
1 pound ground pork
½ cup dry breadcrumbs
1 large egg
2 teaspoons kosher salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 16-ounce can of salsa

These Mexican pork meatballs are an easy and economical way to add a little Mexican flavor to your dining table.
