8 cobs of fresh corn with husk
Butter
Salt
Pepper
To make
Each time, cook corn on the cob "just right" in the microwave.
Peel the corn from the husk and wrap the corn individually in plastic wrap. Place the corn on a microwave-safe plate and cook in the microwave on high power for 12 minutes, turning once. Let stand in the microwave for 2 minutes. Unwrap and, if desired, cut the corn in half. Serve with butter, salt and pepper.
