¼ cup all-purpose flour

To make
When you are alone at home and you want a homemade dessert, the cake in the mug is your friend. Dense, moist and warm, like steamed pudding, a single-serving dessert is prepared in the microwave in just a couple of minutes. This cake has a lot of citrus fruits and some dark chocolate. For best results, use a small orange, otherwise the cake will turn out raw.
Put an orange in a 1-liter measuring cup and add water to make 1 cup. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and cook in the microwave until the orange is tender, 4 minutes. Drain the water.Whisk the orange in a food processor until finely chopped. Allow to cool. Add all-purpose flour, almond flour, granulated sugar, butter, baking powder, salt, and egg; beat until smooth. Pour the batter into a 1 1/4-to 1 1/2-cup microwave-safe mug. Add the chocolate chips.Cook in the microwave until a toothpick inserted in the middle is almost clean, about 2 minutes (the cake rises above the mug, then falls as it cools). Let cool for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.* Find the baking supplies section.
