Mint Chocolate Pudding Shots

¾ cup cold milk
1 (5 oz) box of instant chocolate pudding
¾ cup crème de menthe
8 oz frozen whipped toppings, defrosted (such as Cool Whip)
Chocolate chip sandwich cookies (such as Oreos)
ready-made chocolate syrup (optional)

Whisk the milk and pudding in a medium bowl until smooth; whisk with the mint cream. Add 8 ounces of whipped topping. Put in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes, until it cools down.Spoon the pudding evenly into shot glasses or small plastic souffle cups, sprinkling with layers of crumbled cookies. Sprinkle the puddings evenly with whipped powder and drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired.
