Mocha Cocoa

Arrange the ingredients for homemade cocoa in a jar, attach a ribbon and tag, and you will get a simple but stylish gift. This mixture is enough for 1 liter jar (for 12 servings), but if your containers are of different sizes, just keep the ratio of ingredients constant. On the back of the tag, write: "Combine the contents in a large bowl. For each serving, pour 1/3 cup of the cocoa mixture into a mug and stir in 1 cup of boiling water. Store the remaining mixture in an airtight container."
Combine cocoa powder, sugar, espresso powder, milk powder, salt and chocolate.
