Pea, Pancetta, and Lemon Farfalle

Ingredients
4 oz raw mini farfalle
1 cup frozen peas
1 oz pancetta, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 tablespoons dry white wine
1 tablespoon butter
½ teaspoon lemon zest
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
To make
Lemon zest adds a little extra flavor to this simple side dish of peas, pancetta and lemon farfalle.
Prepare the pasta according to the directions on the package, adding frozen peas in the last 2 minutes of cooking; strain.Sauté pancetta 3 minutes. Add the minced garlic; cook for 30 seconds. Add the wine; cook for 30 seconds. Add the pasta mixture, butter, lemon zest, salt and pepper; toss to combine.
