Ingredients
1 can (12 oz) frozen pink lemonade concentrate, lightly thawed and separated
¾ cup vodka, divided
¾ cup water, divided
4 cups peeled and diced fresh ripe peaches (about 6 large), divided
Crushed ice
To make
Serve these festive peach fuzzies with your evening barbecue. Frozen pink lemonade concentrate gives the drink its color and sweet-tart flavor base. Add vodka, water and ripe peaches to add sweetness, then sprinkle with crushed ice.
Whisk half of the first 4 ingredients in a blender until smooth, pausing to scrape off the sides. Fill the blender with ice to the level of 5 cups and beat until smooth. Pour into a jug. Repeat the procedure with the remaining ingredients. Decorate if desired.
