Peanut Butter-Banana Spirals

Ingredients
½ cup low-fat peanut butter
⅓ cup vanilla low-fat yogurt
1 tablespoon orange juice
2 ripe bananas, sliced
4 (8-inch) low-fat flour tortillas
2 tablespoons honey with crushed wheat germ
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
To make
Peanut butter sprockets with banana, yogurt and wheat germ for extra crunchiness.
Combine the peanut butter and yogurt, stirring occasionally, until smooth. Drizzle the bananas with the juice; stir gently to coat.Spread approximately 3 tablespoons of the peanut butter mixture on each tortilla, leaving a 1/2-inch thick rim. Place about 1/3 cup banana slices in a single layer on top of the peanut butter mixture. Combine the wheat germ and cinnamon; sprinkle evenly over the banana slices. Collapse it. Cut each roll into 6 pieces.
