½ cup unpeeled popcorn seeds
½ cup chopped almonds
⅔ cup packed brown sugar
⅔ cup light corn syrup
2 ½ tablespoons butter
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup creamy peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

When it comes to great flavor, this popcorn really turns out delicious. With just enough butter to create a gorgeous caramel frosting and peanut butter to add a flourish, this popcorn remains tender. With this delicious portion of popcorn, snacks are much tastier.
Preheat the oven to 250 degrees.Line the jelly roll pan with parchment paper; brush the paper with cooking spray.Heat the oil in a large roasting pan over medium-high heat. Add the popcorn; cover and cook for 4 minutes, shaking the pan frequently. When the cooking process slows down, remove the pan from the heat. Let stand until it stops bursting. Uncover; add almonds.Combine sugar, syrup, butter, and salt in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Add the peanut butter and vanilla; mix until smooth. Sprinkle over the popcorn; mix well. Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan. Bake at 250 ° C for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
