Peanut Butter-Chocolate Chip Skillet Cookie

Ingredients

½ cup (1 stick) butter
½ cup white sugar
½ cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 cup all-purpose flour

¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup peanut butter or peanut chips

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Melt the butter in an 8-inch cast-iron skillet over medium-low heat. Add sugar and vanilla. Remove from the heat and let the pan cool for about 5 minutes.Whisk the eggs thoroughly with the sugar mixture.In a small bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Add the dry mixture to the skillet until smooth. Add the peanut butter or chips to the cups.Bake for 15-18 minutes or until it starts to turn golden on top and around the edges, but remains soft in the center. Don't bake for too long. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes.Sprinkle with extra peanut butter cups and drizzle with chocolate syrup and melted peanut butter. Top with vanilla ice cream balls and serve immediately.
