Pecan-and-Dill-Crusted Salmon

Ingredients
1 ½ cups pecan halves
6 tablespoons melted butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 ½ teaspoons dried dill
1 (3 to 3 1/2 pounds) boneless and skinless salmon side dish
1 ¼ teaspoons kosher salt
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

It takes just 10 minutes to prepare this delicious salmon in its entirety.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Grind the first 4 ingredients in a food processor 5 to 6 times or until the mixture looks like a coarse crumb. Sprinkle the salmon with salt and pepper; place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle the salmon with the nut mixture. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or just until the salmon is split open with a fork.
