Ingredients

2 packs softened cream cheese (3 oz each)

Beat the cream cheese and 2/3 cup butter on medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth. Add flour and salt; beat until smooth. Divide the dough in half. Flatten each half into a circular disc about 1 inch thick. Wrap in thick plastic wrap; refrigerate 1 hour.Shape the dough into 2-inch-thick balls. Flatten the balls and place them in 3-inch muffin tins, giving each one a shell shape. (The dough should form a rim over the muffin tins.) Spread the pecans evenly over the baking tins.Whisk together the eggs and the following 5 ingredients until smooth. Carefully pour the egg mixture evenly over the pecans. (The pastry will be lush.) Bake at 350 ° C for 30-35 minutes or until cooked through.
