To make
Asparagus in fillo with prosciutto is an appetizer worthy of a special occasion. Just roll the prosciutto and asparagus in the phyllo batter and bake. It turns out a crunchy, light snack that everyone will love. You can also slice the prosciutto and sprinkle it on the fillo.
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.Wrap 1 strip of prosciutto around each asparagus stick, like a barber. Place 1 phyllo leaf on a work surface (cover with the remaining phyllo to keep it dry); brush the phyllo with cooking spray. Cut crosswise into three pieces to form 3 rectangles (4 1/2 x 9 inches). Arrange 1 asparagus stick across 1 short end of each rectangle; roll the jelly into a roll. Place the rolls on a baking sheet; brush the rolls with cooking spray. Repeat with the remaining phyllo, asparagus, and cooking spray. Bake at 450 ° C for 10 minutes or until the fillo is golden and crisp. Serve warm or at room temperature.
