Polynesian Pork Chops

Ingredients
4 boneless pork chops 3/4 inch thick
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
1 can (10 3/4 oz) Campbell's®condensed Golden Mushroom Soup
¼ cup water
1 can (8 oz) pineapple slices, peeled
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
2 cups plain long-grain white rice

Pork chops in sweet and sour sauce are great in this simple recipe with pineapple, onion, soy sauce, spring onions and Campbell's®condensed golden mushroom Soup.
Season the pork with garlic powder. Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork and cook until it is lightly browned on both sides. Add the onion, soup, water, pineapple juice, soy sauce and honey to the pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cook for 10 minutes or until the pork is tender. Serve the pork with rice and sprinkle with green onions.
