1 pack linguini (12 oz)
2 tablespoons butter
4 boneless pork chops (approximately 1 1/4 pounds).
½ cup all-purpose flour
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1 cup breadcrumbs with Italian seasoning
½ cup olive oil
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
1 can tomato-basil pasta sauce (26 oz)
2 cups (8 oz) grated mozzarella cheese
½ cup (2 oz) grated parmesan cheese
Garnish with chopped fresh basil

Prepare the linguine according to the instructions on the package; strain. Drizzle with butter. Set aside and keep warm.Place the pork between 2 sheets of thick plastic wrap and flatten to a 1/4-inch thickness using a rolling pin or the flat side of a meat grinder.Combine flour, salt and pepper in a shallow bowl. Roll pork in flour mixture, dip in beaten egg and roll in breadcrumbs.Cook the pork in portions in the preheated oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Arrange the pork in a single layer in a 13-inch x 9-inch baking dish.Stir 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh basil into the pasta sauce. Evenly drizzle the pork with the pasta sauce, 2 cups mozzarella cheese, and 1/2 cup parmesan cheese.Bake at 400 ° C for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and lightly browned. Decorate if desired. Serve immediately with hot linguine spread with butter.
