Powdered Sugar Donut Monkey Bread

Ingredients

Cooking Spray
1 cup (8 oz) salted butter
1 cup granulated sugar
½ cup packed light brown sugar
3 tablespoons light corn syrup
1 ½ tsp ground cinnamon
3 (10 oz) bags of mini doughnuts with powdered sugar (such as Little Debbie)
1 ½ cups powdered sugar
1-2 tbsp whole milk
¼ tsp vanilla extract

This whimsical version of mini doughnuts with powdered sugar on semolina bread will make the perfect sweet decoration for a casual brunch.
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Brush a 10-cup baking dish liberally with cooking spray.Combine the butter, sugar, corn syrup, and cinnamon in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring frequently, until the butter has melted, the sugar has dissolved and the mixture is smooth, about 2 minutes.Spread 1/2 cup of the sugar mixture evenly over the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Spread half of the doughnuts evenly on the pan; top with 3/4 cup of the sugar mixture. Repeat layers with remaining doughnuts and sugar mixture. Bake in the preheated oven until it warms up, about 20 minutes. Transfer the pan to a wire rack and refrigerate for 5 minutes. Flip the donut pan onto a serving platter.Whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla in a medium bowl until smooth, 1-2 minutes. Drizzle the icing on top of the semolina and donuts.
